  • Introduction:
    是可以同时测试在Loud Speaker中产生的 Frequency Response、SPL、Impedance、Fo、Ze、THD、 Phase、Polarity、Rub&Buzz、C-MIC的信号分析装置。 比起现有根据听觉检查判别的杂音(Rub&Buzz)检查,高频信号分析能够进行更准确的检查和判别。 在这里使用的信号分析 algorithm 是革命性的、新方法,可以感知出微小的 Rub&Buzz。 并且因为可以管理在 Ear-Phone产品中内含的 C-microphone的频率特性和灵敏度,在Ear-Phone 产品的检查中提供了最佳的环境。 并且简单的设置和经过4阶段的管理领域设置,能够进行简单、稳定的判断。

    Option-01A : 与自动化设备连接时,所有检测项目的Pass. Fail,输出分离为4阶段Class的信号。

  • Active Noise Cancelling Measurement [ Option-03A ]:
    It is a system that can automatically makes corrections while measuring the ANC sensitivity of headphones. You may select either pink Noise or Sine wave as a signal for measurement. In case that the pink Noise is used, it shall be automatically locked in order to keep the flat frequency characteristics and its level remain with the artificial ears on. Therefore, an identical noise environment can be set under any measurement conditions. It allows the signal analysis resolution in 1/3, 1/6, 1/12 octaves whereby the octave resolution can be selected on a per-channel basis..

    Depending on the features of the headphone, you can continuously run it by selecting auto ANC correction, auto monitor mode correction, final test after correction and the like.

    Since such measured characteristics of the frequency as absolute values and relative values are all displayed in graphs, the noise amount that has been removed can be easily analyzed. The control menu tailored to the designs of the ANC chip manufacturer makes the chip programming simple and easy. (Please inquire at the corporate Headquarters as the control menu may be additionally set for new chips or manufacturers.) [It can be supported by adding features of the trim box even if interface methods differ among chip manufacturers.]

    The simulation feature that automatically analyzes the maximum position sensitivity of noise cancelling provides more convenient and accurate measurement means even at the development stages.
