Octave Analyzer
AS-201 software's vibration and noise analysis is based on Octave Analyzer.
All frequency components of vibration and noise generated from the workpiece are analyzed.
Defective products can be detected by configuring the Upp and Low Limits Line based on passed products.
Noise(Rms)
Data precisely analyzed with Octave Analyzer is analyzed using the Rub&Buzz algorithm to measure noise. Noise (Rms) expresses the level of noise that is higher than that of a passing product so that it can be easily determined.
The judgment standard consists of two classes and can be used to distinguish between fine defects and complete defects.
Level
Measures the amount of noise and vibration of the workpiece.
Measurements can be expressed in units of Vrms, dBV, dBu, dBm, W, m/s2 , g.

• System performance is sensitive to processor speed. The faster the processor, the faster you will get results.
• The Noise Analyzer System is data-intensive and it is not recommended to run other data-intensive applications simultaneously.
