  • Introduction
    Loud Speaker에서 발생하는 Frequency Response, SPL, Impedance, Fo, Ze, THD, Phase, Polarity, Rub&Buzz를 동시에 측정 할 수 있는 신호 분석 장비 입니다.
    기존의 청각 검사에 의해 판별하던 이상음(Rub&Buzz) 검사를 고조파 신호 분석을 통하여 보다 정확하게 검사. 판별 할 수 있습니다. 여기에 적용된 신호분석 알고리즘은 혁신적이고 새로운 방법으로 미세한 Rub&Buzz를 감지해 낼 수 있습니다. 4단계에 걸친 불량 단계 설정으로 보다 세밀한 판정이 가능합니다. 입력과 출력 단자는 2개로 구성되어 있습니다.

    • 한번 측정으로 Frequency Response, SPL, Impedance, Fo, Ze, THD, Phase, Polarity. Rub&Buzz를 동시에 측정 가능하므로 측정 속도가 빠름.
    • 관리 선을 4단계의 Class로 나누어 등급 관리 가능.
    • Hardware System의 상태를 Self Test 가능.
    • 측정 Data는 File에 기록되며 SPL, Fo, Ze, THD(4point), Rub&Buzz(4point)의 Avg, Min, Max, Cp, Cpk 값 연산 가능(SPC)
    • 인터넷을 통한 원격 제어 가능.
    • Option-01A 부착으로 자동화 장치와 연결 가능.
    • 측정 중에 외부 소음(충격)등으로 Fail 발생시 자동으로 다시 측정함.
    • CH-A와 CH-B의 측정이 동시에 이루어 지므로 Stereo 제품을 효율적으로 검사 할 수 있습니다.
    • CH-A와 CH-B가 순서대로 전환되면서 따로 측정이 가능하므로 반자동 검사 환경을 구성할 수 있습니다.
